We provide service you expect from a cleaning company. Our crews run 24/7 and do a significant amount of projects during the working hours. This requires us to respect the worker's space while still providing the cleaning service.

• We can clean the area immediately outside the front door
  This keeps leaves, cigarette butts, trash from collecting by the front door
   
• Yearly Tile and Grout Cleaning
  Keeps your tile & Grout looking new
  Removes any of the "Slop Ring" around the lower 1 inch of the walls the other companies leave
   
• Yearly Carpet Cleaning (or more frequent if required)
  Keeps your carpets looking new
  Our cleaning crew lets them in on the scheduled day (no nonsense for you)
  Our cleaning crew notifies our carpet cleaners of carpet stains and we clean them. Many times with out you even knowing the stain was there
   
• We Encourage you to communicate with the office or directly with the crew.
  All of our employees are required to speak fluent English in order understand any special instructions you may have.
  This also builds a great relationship with you and the crew.

A separate quality inspector from the those working on the project will inspect each customer to ensure the highest quality standards.

We do not require a contract. You can terminate any time. Our quality is our contract. If you do require a contract we will gladly review it and negotiate to one we both feel comfortable with.
