Step 1: Pre Inspection: We walk through the areas to be cleaned with you and inspect the carpet and any stains. We identify potential permanent stains and discuss the expected results. Any questions will be addressed at any time. Feel free to ask and communicate with our technician at any time, even while cleaning. This is the best way to learn the do's and don'ts of your carpets.

Step 2: Furniture Moving: Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and other small items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. One of our technicians can quote the exact cost of any heavier pieces.

Step 3: Pre-spray: A pre-conditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Step 4: Pre-spot: Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chance of removal.

Step 5: Soil Extraction and Rinse: The carpet is then thoroughly cleaned using high temperature water and a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind. We use softened Water and the best truck mounted equipment available.

Step 6: Neutralizer: Every carpet we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves our carpet soft and fresh. When carpets are cleaned they shouldn't dry so the fibers are "crunchy".

Step 7: Post-Spot: Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.

Note: For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet at this stage.

Step 8: Post-Groom: Your carpet will be groomed with a professional groomer so the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster and in the right position.
